The Master User Agreement and Investment Advisory Agreement are presented to you in the app when you enroll and when you open an advisory account, and reference copies are published above and available within your account and on request at support@auranser.com.
Regulatory registration
Auranser Inc. is a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation and an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (CRD# 340833 / SEC# 801-136163). Our filings are publicly available on the SEC's Investment Adviser Public Disclosure website at www.adviserinfo.sec.gov. Auranser is not a FINRA member; brokerage and custody are provided by our custodian, Alpaca Securities LLC (member FINRA/SIPC).
Recent updates
- August 1, 2026: Initial publication of consumer legal documents (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Disclosures, and related notices). The Master User Agreement arbitration provision (§ 13) uses a per-agreement opt-out structure; you may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting each covered agreement (see Arbitration Opt-Out). The Terms of Service dispute-resolution section (§ 12) provides binding arbitration with a class-action waiver for website visitors who are not account holders, with a 90-day opt-out window (§ 12.5).
