Rev. August 2026 | Effective August 1, 2026

This is Auranser's financial privacy notice for investment advisory services under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Regulation P (12 CFR Part 1016), and SEC Regulation S-P (17 CFR Part 248), presented in the federal model-form format. For platform services (personal financial management, education), the Privacy and Data Protection Policy itself serves as the initial GLBA privacy notice. The complete Privacy and Data Protection Policy governs in full and describes your additional rights under state law.

What we do

How does Auranser protect my personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards, encryption of data in transit and at rest, secured files and systems, and a written information-security and incident-response program (see Privacy Policy §§ 14–15).

How does Auranser collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you open an account, apply for investment advisory services, provide account or contact information, link an external financial account, or make purchases through the app. We also collect your personal information from other companies, such as account-aggregation providers you authorize.

Why can't I limit all sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit only: sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes — information about your creditworthiness; affiliates from using your information to market to you; and sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you. Auranser does not share in any of these ways. State law and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. See below and Privacy Policy §§ 9 and 9A for more on your rights under state law.
