Auranser Disclosures

Effective August 1, 2026 | Last updated August 1, 2026

This page collects Auranser's consumer disclosures in one place. For our complete privacy practices, see the Privacy Policy; for the terms that govern your use of our website, see the Terms of Service. If you cannot find a document here, you may request it at any time by emailing support@auranser.com.

Enrichment Score

The Enrichment Score is not used for credit decisions. See the Enrichment Score Disclosure.

Fairness & Model Governance

Auranser is committed to fair, non-discriminatory treatment in the automated systems we use. Where we use models that could affect how users are treated, we review them for unintended bias, including whether their outputs produce systematically different results for similarly situated users, and we do not use protected characteristics (such as race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, or receipt of public assistance) as inputs.

Auranser does not currently offer consumer credit products, and the Enrichment Score is not used for credit decisions (see the Enrichment Score Disclosure). If and when we introduce a product that involves credit underwriting, the fair-lending controls governing that product will be described in the applicable product terms.

Analytics and Tracking

We may use privacy-respecting, first-party analytics and do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad-tech trackers. Our complete cookie and tracking practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

Partner Privacy Index

This index identifies the external partners that may receive, process, or have access to your Auranser data, what data flows in each direction, and how each partner is classified under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and comparable state laws. It supplements Sections 8, 9, and 11 of the Privacy Policy and is maintained independently so it can be updated as our partners change, without a change to the Privacy Policy itself.

Partner classification details

Alpaca Securities LLC. When you open an investment account, you establish a separate customer relationship with Alpaca as a registered broker-dealer and qualified custodian (member FINRA and SIPC, unaffiliated with Auranser), subject to its own customer agreement and privacy notice. With respect to the information Alpaca collects and uses under that direct relationship, Alpaca is a third party. With respect to data it processes solely on Auranser's instructions to execute advisory-directed transactions, Alpaca acts as a service provider.

Plaid Inc. For the account and transaction data Plaid retrieves and transmits to us on your behalf, Plaid acts as a service provider. For device and interaction data Plaid independently collects during its own connection flow under its own privacy policy, Plaid acts as a third party. You may manage or revoke your connections at any time through your account settings or Plaid's consumer portal at my.plaid.com.

Stripe (privacy notice), Firebase Cloud Messaging / Google (privacy notice), Apple Push Notification service / Apple (privacy notice), and Amazon Web Services (privacy notice) each act solely as service providers, processing the limited data described above only to perform services on Auranser's behalf under contractual instructions, and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes (except, in the case of Stripe's hosted checkout and Firebase's platform infrastructure, as governed by their own consumer-facing terms).

Financial privacy notice (GLBA)

Our Financial Privacy Notice, presented in the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act model-form ("FACTS") format, summarizes the categories of personal information we share, the reasons we share, and whether you can limit that sharing.
