Service Provider Directory

This directory identifies the third-party providers that deliver regulated financial services through the Auranser platform, together with the contact information our agreements reference. For the complete list of all service providers (including technology partners such as Plaid, Stripe, and notification services), how your data flows to and from each, and how each is classified under the CCPA and comparable state laws, see the Partner Privacy Index in our Disclosures.
Securities custodian
When you open an Investment Advisory Services account, your cash and securities are held by our custodian under your separate customer agreement with that custodian.

Alpaca Securities LLC is not affiliated with Auranser. Brokerage and securities disputes with the custodian are governed by your customer agreement with the custodian.
Banking service providers
As of the effective date above, Auranser does not have a Banking Service Provider and does not offer banking services (deposit accounts, debit cards, peer-to-peer transfers, bill payment, or credit products).
If and when banking services become available, they will be provided by one or more FDIC-insured banking service provider(s). At that time, each provider will be identified here (including its name, address, phone number, and website), and the terms governing your deposit account, debit card, electronic fund transfers, and FDIC insurance will be set forth in the applicable Banking Services Agreement.
