Auranser Enrichment Score Disclosure

Auranser's services are currently available only to users 18 and older.

1. WHAT THE ENRICHMENT SCORE IS

Your Enrichment Score is a system engagement score. It is designed to encourage you to interact with Auranser in ways that build positive financial habits, and that help Auranser understand how to serve you better. It is a gamified measure of your engagement within the Auranser platform, expressed as a number from 0 to 1,000, starting at a baseline of 300.

What the score is NOT. The Enrichment Score is not a credit score. It is not a "consumer report" under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), is not produced by a consumer reporting agency, and is not equivalent to a FICO or VantageScore. It is not reported to credit bureaus and has no effect on your credit. Auranser does not offer credit products, and the score is not used in any credit, lending, underwriting, or eligibility decision. It is calculated using transparent, deterministic rules applied to your own engagement data, does not determine your investment strategy or advisory suitability, and does not produce any legal or similarly significant effect on your access to financial products or services. Your score is visible to you in the app; it is not displayed to other users, is not public, and is not shared with employers, lenders, or any third party (other than service providers acting on our behalf under contractual data-protection obligations). Auranser personnel and systems access the score to provide the services described in Section 2 (such as support prioritization and personalization). If we introduce social features that allow you to share your score or tier with other users, you will control what is shared.

2. HOW THE SCORE WORKS

Every user begins at the baseline of 300. Your score increases as you complete verification and engagement milestones within Auranser. Currently, this includes verifying your identity in connection with linking a financial account.

The score is calculated only from your own first-party activity within the Auranser platform. It is not calculated from credit-bureau data, data purchased from third parties, or protected characteristics such as race, religion, national origin, or sex. The Enrichment Score does not use health information, biometric data, or medical records as inputs.

Your score does not decrease because of circumstances outside your control, such as job loss, medical expenses, or market conditions.

Tiers. Your score corresponds to a tier that reflects your level of engagement: Iron (the baseline), Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tiers are primarily for your own reference and encouragement; your tier may also affect gamification perks, ordering of non-financial features, and customer support prioritization (never denial of support), as described in Master User Agreement Section 3.4.

We may update the way the Enrichment Score works from time to time. Because the score is used for engagement purposes only, the methodology may change without advance notice; if we make a material change to how the score is calculated, we will update this disclosure to reflect the change.

3. YOUR SCORE AND YOUR DATA

View your score. You can view your current Enrichment Score in the platform at Profile > Enrichment Score.

Access and correction. If you believe your score reflects incorrect information, contact privacy@auranser.com and we will review it and correct any error we identify.

Your privacy rights. Because the Enrichment Score is a self-directed engagement metric that is visible to you in the app, is calculated using transparent, deterministic rules applied to your own engagement data, and does not produce any legal or similarly significant effect, it generally is not the kind of automated profiling that carries opt-out rights under state privacy laws. You may still access, review, and request correction or deletion of the data associated with your score through the rights described in our Privacy Policy (Section 9). Retention. If you close your Auranser account, your Enrichment Score is deactivated and no longer visible to you. Historical score data is retained in accordance with our data retention policy (Privacy Policy Section 13).

4. USING THE SCORE FAIRLY

The Enrichment Score is meant to reflect genuine engagement. Attempting to artificially inflate the score, for example, by creating fake activity, using multiple accounts, or exploiting errors in the platform, violates the Master User Agreement (§10.1). Auranser may correct scores affected by such conduct.
